Yoga Sculpt combines cardio, and weights to a traditional yoga flow in a heated studio. Think of boot-camp yoga. Come sweat, build muscle, and exercise your mental and emotional focus. Yoga Sculpt is created to strengthen your body while strengthening and challenging your mind.

Hatha Yoga combines postures and breath, facilitating the calming of the mind while stretching and building muscle in a heated studio. Come relax from your stressful day.
This class is suitable for beginners and athletes

Vinyasa is designed to align your mind, body, and spirit in a heated studio. Flow through postures and breath work while building flexibility, toning muscles, and detoxifying your organs.
This class is suitable for beginners to any level yogi
Yin Yoga is a slow paced style using a meditative breath to hold postures for 3-5 minutes. Yin targets breaking down of fascia which in turn increases circulation into the joints, promoting flexibility. Taught in a a 75 degree room, Yin focuses on awareness of inner silence and mindfulness of the body.
This class is suitable for those who are familiar with yoga and athletes.

Our studio is heated up to 80 degrees (depending on instructor and class)
