Online Learning (22 Hours)

Self-paced educational modules covering:

  • Yin Yoga foundations

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Functional anatomy & fascia

  • Nervous system education

  • Sound healing foundations

  • Sequencing and class design

Online learning opens Oct. 16 and access to course continues for 6 months after your training, giving you plenty of time to complete modules and revisit at your own pace.

In-Person Weekend (8 Hours)

  • Yes. Teachers will receive sequencing, cueing, and practicum experience. Non-teachers are welcome to participate without pressure to teach professionally.
