What is actually going on inside me?
How do I guide others through that experience?

How to start teaching and build your offerings or studio
Denise Alba, LMFT, E-RYT 500
As a licensed psychotherapist and founder of BRAVE Wellness Studio, Denise created this training to bridge the gap between mental health and yoga.
After years of working with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and burnout, she saw the need for mental health to be incorporated into the yoga studio & build yoga teachers who feel confident supporting the emotional experiences that arise in class.
This training is the result of that vision:
A space where yoga meets real, meaningful healing.

TESTIMONIALS 〰️
“I recently completed their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Brave School of Yoga and learned a ton! It was a great balance of yoga philosophy and in-person teaching practice. We learned about yoga posture cues and how to teach a full class. I completed the training feeling more knowledgeable about yoga overall and confident in teaching.”
